It is human nature to pursue happiness and strive to improve our lives.

Many of us focus on the wrong things and tend to settle for a “normal” life by society standards, getting up in the morning and going to work (or school), coming home, watching tv, eating dinner, going to sleep, and repeating this all week.

Here is a list of 31 things you can do to improve your life in 31 days. By improvement, we do not focus only on health related things, but a mixture of adrenaline, health, adventure, relaxation, personal development, and braveness.
